Everything was great. The driver arrived early and let us know in advance so we could be ready. The ride was smooth, despite the usual London traffic, which is not the driver’s fault. This is without a doubt the best way to get from the airport to your hotel, comfortable and door-to-door.

Excellent! Highly recommended! We had mistakenly entered the wrong pickup location when booking, and only noticed it at the last moment. We contacted customer service and they solved it immediately. The assigned driver went to the correct location and even arrived before the scheduled time. The driver was very kind, respectful, and drove very carefully throughout the journey. Punctual, the car was in excellent condition, and the driver was kind.

Since we had no phone signal while flying, it was hard to coordinate with the driver when we arrived. We were waiting in the departure hall, and there was no sign with our name. I had to wait a few minutes until we were able to call him. I understand how complicated it can be, but in my opinion, there should have been a sign at the meeting point. That said, we would still book again with Anglotransfers.

The driver was parked not in taxi area and I found out it’s just an uber service so had to walk a bit. That was ok. But the driver farted continuously and the car stank. It was disgusting. We mentioned it a couple of times and were ignored. If you want a taxi drop off and pick up I wouldn’t recommend this company
