Our driver Omar communicated with us the day before our scheduled pickup and the day of arrival in Heathrow. He was prompt, waiting for us in arrivals. One of the reasons we choose Anglotransfers was this communication….we were very pleased with the entire process and our driver Omar.

Fantastic experience. The driver was very friendly. We chatted the whole ride and he even recommended some itineraries to follow in London.

The day before the transfer, the driver suggested moving the pickup time earlier to avoid rush hour traffic and make sure we reached the airport on time.

There was a lot of congestion at passport control and had to pay an extra fee for the delay, which I was fine with, but the driver asked for it in cash. Nowhere in the information I received did it say the extra had to be paid in cash (and I did not have any pounds in cash).

Everything was fine except that I had reserved a child seat, and the car arrived without one. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this service for families who want to travel safely with children.

When you travel with kids, luggage, and unexpected issues... there is nothing better than having a reliable and affordable transfer booked. The service and attention were perfect. We also booked two more transfers to the Harry Potter Studios, and communication has been excellent. Truly great service. 100% recommended.
