Respecto a la reserva con iberotransfer fue que necesitaba uno que hablase español y nos enviaron uno que no hablaba español..

You know you didn't do it right because we booked the service in Spanish for our transfer and for my in-laws' transfer to another destination, and coincidence or not, neither of the 2 drivers spoke Spanish. We wrote an email to arrange the return leg, but you didn't even deign to reply, so the rating cannot be positive.

Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised by your complaint regarding the lack of response, as we have checked our records and have not received any email or message from you requesting the return trip. Had we received it, we would have assisted you immediately.
Regarding the language issue, we regret the coincidence with both cars, but as we clearly state on our Spanish iberotransfers website, although the vast majority of our fleet speaks Spanish, due to organizational issues and high demand during Christmas, we cannot guarantee it 100%. We are sorry.

Our driver was very lovely, he even got a small gift for the kids, stopped during the journey when we needed to and van had sanitiser and bag for emergency just in case. He helped us at the airport to carry the luggage. Truly a wonderful experience.

Good morning, we received car 1 punctually at 4:15; all passengers were ready from 4 AM so as not to keep anyone waiting. The first 4 passengers left and everything was OK and fine with this vehicle. The second car, SJ17FRD, driver Somasundaram... seeing that he didn't arrive with his colleague, we called him at 4:20 and he told us he wouldn't arrive until 5 because he had a problem. We tried to contact you on the emergency number provided and got no answer. After several WhatsApp messages with the second driver, he picked us up 1 hour later, at 5:17. We had requested the service with time to spare to avoid stress, which this caused us in excess.

We deeply regret the stress caused by the second driver's delay. We would like to clarify that the delay was 42 minutes due to an unforeseen incident. We kept the assigned driver because sending a replacement would have resulted in a longer wait. Our priority was to ensure you arrived at the airport on time. We have already compensated you according yo our policies. We are sorry this incident marred your experience on the return journey to the airport.
