I would like to leave a review of the excellent service provided by Anglotransfers, especially the driver.
The driver was polite and punctual, meeting me at the airport on time. The journey was delightful, and I even fell asleep, exhausted after a long trip.

No driver in the arrivals hall and no name sign, although the booking confirmation promised both. The phone line was engaged repeatedly. When I reached the driver, he kept saying he was on his way for around thirty minutes. We were sent to Zone D and waited outside in the rain with two children. In the rush of loading the luggage, a cabin case was left behind, and I am now paying to recover it. I sent a formal complaint on 14 September and am still waiting for a reply.

Thank you for your comment. Your formal complaint was replied in less than 24h after investigating the situation. As explained, the driver was running late due to unexpected heavy traffic near the airport. He asked you to meet him outside to save the extra time it would have taken him to park and walk inside. Because your wait exceeded 60 minutes from landing, we have already processed a 10% refund for this booking to honor our strict punctuality guarantee. Regarding the luggage, neither our company nor the service provider can accept liability for items left behind due to passenger oversight. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the transport was otherwise completed successfully to your destination.
