Transfer from Dover to Heathrow
Our driver Alin was excellent, and I loved the way they confirm the day before pickup with the driver’s name and contact info, as well as an emergency phone number in case of issues. Prices were reasonable compared to other similar services. Will 100% use again.

Transfer from London to Luton
During our family’s multi-day stay at a hotel in London, our driver Sam drove us through London’s heavy traffic on two occasions. He was punctual and always at the agreed meeting point, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout both journeys.
The only slight difficulty was meeting up at Luton Airport, which was somewhat complicated due to the local arrangements there.
We were very pleased with Sam’s service and would be more than happy to have him drive us again on any future visits.

Driver avoid highway and we pass all cities so there were a lot of turns and kids puke :(

Thank you for your feedback. As our prices are fixed, the drivers always take the optimum route as they obtain absolutley no benefit from extending the trip. Also, between central London and Gatwick there is only a short stretch of motorway (the M23). The rest of the journey inevitably passes through conventional roads and streets. We are sorry about this incovenience but unfortunately we cannot do anything regarding London's road infrastructure.
We have noted the incident with the first driver and the tip and will review internally to ensure this does not happen again. Tips are not necessary and leaving one is a completely voluntary act at your own discretion.

Driver arrived early
Was friendly and professional.
Loaded all of our luggage.
Made extra stop for us to grab some coffee at our request.
Took us to right where we needed to be at Heathrow.
Helped unload our luggage and grabbed a airport luggage pull cart to help us carry everything into the airport departure desk.
