An excellent company and unbeatable service!

The trip was good, but I had to wait for about 10 minutes for the driver to arrive at Heathrow. When the driver isn’t there waiting for me, it leads to anxiety.

Everything was perfect. The driver, Moustapha, was pleasant and punctual on both trips. The car was comfortable and clean.

The whole service was excellent. The process was quick and communication was timely. I 100% recommend it.

A few minutes late for pickup but the ride and service from that point forward was great.

The car was excellent. Communication with the driver to find each other at the airport was very smooth (though it wasn't the driver we were told about the day before).

In my opinion, the main advantage of booking an airport-to-hotel transfer is that once I've landed, I don't have to worry about anything until I get to the hotel. If the driver doesn't wait for me in the arrivals hall with a sign, as you state in your advertisement, that advantage disappears completely. Instead of waiting for us in the hall with a sign, like all the other drivers were doing, our driver sent us a message telling us that when we arrived, we had to go to the airport car park, go up to level 0, and let him know from there!!! In addition to the messages, he also made a phone call (???) which my son, who fortunately speaks fluent English, had to answer. We had to figure out how to get to the indicated spot and then wait there for him to pick us up. This is absolutely not the service I booked and for which I paid the corresponding (and high) price. You provided a service exactly like what I would have gotten from an Uber booked in the same car park for half the price. Therefore, I will not be using your services again, nor will I recommend them.
