I used the service before and it was great. On this occasion not so much. No information provided on what the vehicles would be and both drivers arrived late. On 10 minutes and the other 25 minutes late. I was not provided driver contact information and had to use emergency contact to get anything. Would not use again

While we sent the original information the day before, an unexpected accident on the route forced us to dispatch alternative vehicles that where in the area to ensure a timely pickup. We do agree that we should have proactively updated you with the new contact information instead of waiting for you to call our emergency line. We are very sorry for the frustration this caused, but we are glad we could still get you to your destination safely and on time.

The driver arrived 10 minutes late and when we got in the car it was dirty. There was vomit on the floor and empty bottles in the doors. He had not noticed and we told him and he cleaned the car. I think it is very important to check that the car is clean without trash and to clean and disinfect it before picking up the next customers.

We will speak with him right away to take action and ensure something like this never happens again.
