The driver was half an hour late due to traffic, so we were a bit concerned. But it was a smooth and comfortable trip from pickup and the driver was very apologetic. We got to the airport in plenty of time.

Adrian is an excellent driver, very responsive. All went beautifully!

Driver did NOT meet us. Instead, I had to walk around LHR trying to find him. He was parked outside in the parking lot and directed me to the parking lot. I travel to London often. First time using AngloTransfers. Will not use again from this experience.
