Mustapha was so helpful to us in loading and unloading our baggage from our cruise journey, unlike the company who transferred us from Heathrow to Dover.

The driver was on time. The ride was smooth, and the driver was very patient when we requested a bathroom stop. Anglotransfers hasn’t disappointed us yet!

En general todo perfecto. Solo puntualizar un par de cosas.
En primer lugar que no te recogen como dicen a la llegada del avión, sino que te Dan una serie de indicaciones para llegar hasta el parking exterior y allí ponerte en contacto con el conductor para que pase a por ti
En segundo lugar dicen que los conductores son de habla hispana y al menos el nuestro no lo era. Para nosotros no era problema pero quizás para algún otro usuario si.
Por lo demás el transporte fue perfecto e incluso al llegar al hotel el conductor Le dio a los niños un regalo a cada uno.

We had a problem because we had been waiting for 15 minutes and the driver did not show up or let us know. Luckily the agency contacted the company and in a few minutes we had a driver who picked us up to take us to the airport. The quick resolution to the problem was key to getting to our flight on time.

Alex was simply fantastic! Attentive, friendly, shared interesting facts along the way, and was very approachable! I would book with him a thousand times over.
