Our driver, Mustapha Bouyardan, gave us a fantastic transfer. He was super punctual. He was already waiting five minutes before the scheduled time. The ride was very comfortable, and Mustapha turned out to be an excellent conversationalist and a true professional. The trip flew by while we chatted about family, football, philosophy and a bit of everything.

The experience was terrible. Of the two vehicles scheduled, only one showed up more or less on time. The other was not available at all. We left the airport nearly an hour and a half late, anxious that we might miss our cruise. On top of that, neither of the drivers spoke Spanish, and no one was waiting for us with a sign as agreed. In short, nothing we were promised was delivered. I do not recommend this service.

The driver did not match the original details, so I assume something must have happened. However, I was contacted by the emergency team to inform me.
