Fantastic experience. The driver was very friendly. We chatted the whole ride and he even recommended some itineraries to follow in London.

The day before the transfer, the driver suggested moving the pickup time earlier to avoid rush hour traffic and make sure we reached the airport on time.

There was a lot of congestion at passport control and had to pay an extra fee for the delay, which I was fine with, but the driver asked for it in cash. Nowhere in the information I received did it say the extra had to be paid in cash (and I did not have any pounds in cash).
