Everything was fine except that I had reserved a child seat, and the car arrived without one. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this service for families who want to travel safely with children.

Excellent! Highly recommended! We had mistakenly entered the wrong pickup location when booking, and only noticed it at the last moment. We contacted customer service and they solved it immediately.
