Giuseppe was our operator for this transfer. He arrived very punctually at the meeting point we agreed on the day before via WhatsApp. The journey went as booked, and he was very accommodating when we spent more time at a place we found interesting, then gave us options to make up for it.

Jose was excellent! He was timely & very professional. Would recommend highly.

Our transfer was very smooth and our driver was polite and helpful. The only negative comments are that we weren’t met at arrivals by the driver, but had to walk to meet him at the drop off/pick up point. Also our actual driver was not the named driver we were told/given.

Recommendation for the transfer, punctuality, and comfort. The driver we had was a bit impertinent with his personal questions. He asked us what we did for a living and insisted on knowing if he didn't like the answer. We were two people, and he asked what our relationship was, and he told some out-of-line stories... In short, he'd have been better off staying quiet. The car and journey were fine.

Flight was late, but our driver kept in touch and was very prompt and efficient.

The change of schedule was handled perfectly, but it seemed the driver (Julian) wasn't happy about it. It took us more than an hour to leave central London. He drove through the whole center, overriding the navigation route (his and my Google Maps). He kept messing with his phone to check WhatsApp while driving and was driving erratically. During the trip, I asked if that was the fastest way to get to Gatwick, as his navigator and mine (which were different—Waze and Google Maps) indicated another route. He replied, "THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I'VE DONE THIS ROUTE TODAY." On the highway, the speed limit was 70 MPH, but he never went above 50 MPH. It was a very uncomfortable and tense trip for me and my family. Without a doubt, I WILL NOT TRAVEL WITH THAT DRIVER AGAIN. When we said goodbye at Gatwick Airport, he didn't even say goodbye. Not recommended at all, rude and NOT professional.
