Highly recommended. Fernando was a great professional.

The driver was late (more than half an hour), he was on the phone almost the whole time (with headphones) and also looking at his mobile (job offers) while driving. Because he was distracted, he had to change the route, and we arrived at our destination even later... It's not at all acceptable to provide a service like that.

Bit of a mix up with the journey. I had very clearly articulated via email that there would be a stop off for two passengers. This was what the quote was based on (in writing from the company) and this is what the confirmation from the company also noted. The driver was unaware and I had to speak to the company who also seemed unaware. Problem was resolved but added a little extra stress.
