It was comfortable, but we didn't ask for a tour of London on our way back to Gatwick. The driver took us all around the city instead of using the fast route.

We apologize if you were not satisfied with the service provided. Considering that our price is fixed, why do you think the driver would take a longer and more tedious route without being asked, when he doesn't benefit from it?
The driver took that route because it was the fastest and avoided a traffic jam. It's also worth noting that there is only a short stretch of highway between central London and Gatwick, so a significant portion of the journey is on conventional roads.

Our driver was fantastic. The meeting point in the terminal was excellent, his guidance through the terminal and help with luggage was excellent. He was very kind, generous, and accommodating with our two children. We could not have asked for a better experience.
