The driver was rude, impolite, and even violent with his use of words. I have never seen anything like it before.

We regret that you were not satisfied with the services provided, but drivers should not be treated as second-class individuals, nor should they be belittled or made to wait on the street for 15 minutes while you were chitchatting in the hotel lobby. Are you familiar with the golden rule of respect? Always treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.
