Transfer from Gatwick to London
Our flight to Gatwick was canceled, and we were transferred to another flight to Heathrow. We contacted the company to inquire if they could provide a solution since the transfer was originally booked to a different airport farther away. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the transfer through anglotransfers and had to find an alternative method to reach our destination.
Response from anglotransfers:
You notified us that you were arriving at a different airport just 5 minutes before your flight departure so we could not modify your reservation. However, in less than 5 minutes we made arrangements for an alternative driver and offered you a new service from Heathrow. Unfortunately, you decided to use an alternative means of transportation.
Please remember to download the invoice to claim the expenses from your airline.

Booking was easy and our driver, Craig, was absolutely delightful! It's worth noting that we arrived on a day with a train strike and heavy traffic, but he made sure our journey was as fast as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
