Transfer from London to Gatwick
The driver notified us that he would be arriving 15 minutes later, but he ended up being delayed by almost 25 minutes.

Juan, our driver, was very kind and, during the journey, he answered all our tourist questions. He is a very polite person. Juan kept in touch with us from the moment our plane landed. As for anglotransfers, I couldn't ask for a better service. My flight was delayed by 5 hours, and even though I didn't know how long the delay would be, I informed them, and they monitored and reorganized everything to ensure they would be punctual upon our arrival. What an excellent service!

Overall, it was acceptable, but the service did not correspond to what was advertised on the website. The driver was not waiting at the terminal; instead, I had to follow his instructions, and he claimed to be there twice when it was clearly not the case. When the car finally arrived, the driver quickly jumped out and put the suitcase of the first person he encountered, who was not me, into the trunk. I had to inform both of them that it was my taxi. The driver could barely speak Spanish, which wasn't a problem for me since I'm bilingual. However, once again, it did not match what was advertised. If he had even the slightest understanding of Spanish, he would not have taken the suitcase of a 60-year-old man when the passenger's name was clearly feminine. To top it off, the driver chose a route that traversed all of London from north to south, significantly lengthening the journey. I assume his experience as a driver was as limited as his proficiency in speaking Spanish.

The driver arrived 20 minutes late due to heavy traffic and asked if you wouldn't mind meeting him at the parking area instead of him coming into the terminal to save time. You agreed.
There were many people waiting, and according to the driver, when he asked for your name, a gentleman falsely claimed to be you and attempted to cut in line (there were people who had been waiting for a taxi for hours that day). However, the driver soon realized that you were traveling alone and sincerely apologized for the confusion.
As for the route, the driver took the fastest possible route to your destination. Please keep in mind that the city was experiencing significant congestion, and our prices are fixed. So, there would be no advantage for the driver in taking a longer route.
This driver is a highly professional individual who has been working in London since 2016 without a single incident, so we believe the last sentence is unnecessary.
