The attention we received from the driver Rachid was more than excellent. He was very friendly with our luggage and ensured our comfort throughout the journey. He promptly answered and provided advice on all our questions. Rachid was very kind, and we are very grateful for his service.

When we arrived, the driver contacted us to let us know he would be in the entrance hall. After passing through the controls, I looked for him in the entrance hall but there was no sign or anything to identify him. I messaged him, and he told me he would be at a location where he wasn't. I searched for him, called him, and after five minutes, he appeared without any distinguishing features and simply asked if I was Juan... Once in the vehicle, I'm not sure if he was annoyed that I had called him earlier to find out where he was, but his demeanor was cold and distant, making the journey of over an hour very uncomfortable. That's why I didn't use the service again on my return, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Considering the price paid for this type of service, I believe a more professional and empathetic approach is necessary. Regards.

We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the service provided.
According to the driver's report, you were delayd over an hour at customs due to passport issues so he decided to wait for you at a café. Upon you letting him know that were about to exit the airport, he went to meet up with you. He was not holidng any sign because you were in contact by phone and WhatsApp.
Regarding the perceived cold behavior, the driver mentioned that you remained silent throughout the trip, so he didn't want to disturb you.
Your feedback is a big surprise for us as we have never encountered any issues with this driver (Francisco) before. In fact, he didn't even charge you the extra fee for the waiting time.
