The trip was perfect, and the driver was very friendly.

Bad. The driver arrived more than half an hour late, using the excuse that he had to pick up other clients right from the hotel where we were departing, and they were running late. I was at the hotel door with two young children waiting. We were on the verge of missing the flight (in fact, we arrived 5 minutes after the boarding gates had closed, but we were lucky that the flight was delayed). Needless to say, the whole check-in process, passing through security controls, etc. at the airport was very stressful because we could see that we wouldn't have enough time.

The overall experience was excellent, with punctuality, friendliness, and great comfort throughout.

El traslado fue bien. El conductor muy amable, nos explicó varias cosas sobre Londres que le preguntamos. El coche muy cómodo, limpio y perfectamente ajustado al equipaje que llevamos. Hubo retraso en la llegada, pero por causas ajenas, ya que hubo un accidente y cortaron la carretera. Nos informó y la espera afortunadamente no fue excesiva.
