My opinion is negative, as on iberotransfers it explicitly states that the driver speaks Spanish, and in our case, this was not true. Our driver was 10 minutes late due to communication difficulties.

However, as explained on iberotransfers, while the majority of our drivers do speak Spanish, we cannot guarantee that you will get one due to organizational reasons, especially during peak seasons when demand is high. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Alin, our driver, was very punctual and took us to the airport quickly. We were provided with a WhatsApp number where we inquired about the most suitable pickup time, and he responded instantly. He speaks Spanish. Highly recommended.

Our driver Marco was excellent. He arrived right on time, loaded our bags for us and got us to the airport with no drama (which is a feat for our family). His car was spotlessly clean. On arrival he even offered us directions on where to check in. It was all effortless.

My rating is negative because I requested someone who spoke Spanish, but the person who came had no knowledge of Spanish. It was raining heavily, and instead of dropping me off at the departures entrance (despite my request), the driver left me at arrivals and we had to walk. We arrived at the airport soaking wet.

We apologize that you were not satisfied with our service. However in Stansted there is only one terminal building and the drop off areas for arrival and departures are the same, so where the driver dropped you off doesn't make a difference. Also, the sidewalks outside the terminal building are covered (see image) so we find very surprising that you got wet.
Regarding the Spanish speaking driver requested on iberotransfers, due to high demand, they are assigned on by first come, first served. You booked with less than 24 hours' notice so, as you could imagine, we had no Spanish speaking drivers left.
