Angiotransfers/Anglotransfers delivered a masterclass in how not to run a transfer service on June 27, 2026.
FAILURE #1 — FRAUDULENT "NO SHOW" CHARGE
My original flight changed due to a travel emergency. I contacted the assigned driver (Kandeepan) over 3.5 hours before pickup, explained the situation, and asked if I needed to contact the company. He said no — he would call back within the hour to confirm new plans. He never called back. Instead, he marked me as a no-show and I was charged in full. I have WhatsApp records proving I notified the driver well in advance and that he acknowledged it. When I disputed this, their dispatcher told me to contact "Anglotransfers" — which is the same company. They stonewalled completely.
FAILURE #2 — DRIVER 40 MINUTES LATE, NO NAME TAG, REFUSED TO ENTER TERMINAL
For the rebooked pickup (9:05pm arrival, driver due by 9:35pm per their own policy), the driver did not show until approximately 10:15pm — 40 minutes late. I called multiple times. No answer. When the driver finally arrived, he did not come inside the terminal with a name tag as any professional transfer service does. Instead, he parked outside and expected me to walk a quarter mile through Luton Airport with luggage and three young children to find him.
When I raised the delays via WhatsApp, their dispatcher told me to "take a deep breath" and accused me of being rude — then threatened to cancel my booking (at full charge, of course). At 10pm, 25 minutes after their own stated pickup time had passed, they sent a photo claiming the driver was "at the pickup point" — the point I had been standing at for 40 minutes.
I have complete WhatsApp documentation of every exchange. Two failures, zero accountability, zero refund, zero apology. This company charges premium prices and delivers neither the punctuality nor the professionalism that justifies them.

Thank you for your review. However, it omits several important facts and does not accurately reflect what happened.
Your original transfer was not cancelled due to any failure on our part. You missed your original flight and informed us approximately three hours before the scheduled arrival time. As per our terms and conditions, cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the service are non-refundable. The booking was therefore correctly treated as a no-show.
There was therefore no fraudulent charge, but simply the correct application of the cancellation policy accepted at the time of booking. Missing your flight was an unfortunate personal circumstance, not a service failure.
Despite our policy of not accepting same-day bookings due to driver scheduling, we made an exception and arranged a completely new transfer for your replacement flight. As with your airline ticket, a new journey required a new booking. The driver arrived at 10:00 pm, within the waiting time period included in our service, and waited at the official Luton Airport pick-up point, approximately 250 metres from the terminal. As indicated on our site and the pickup instrucctions, Luton Airport does not allow private transfer drivers to wait inside the terminal. A photo and the driver's live location was sent to you immediately upon arrival.
While we fully understand how stressful it is to miss a flight, our team remained professional throughout despite receiving repeated abusive and disrespectful messages. We therefore cannot agree with your claim of "two failures", as both services were handled in accordance with our booking conditions and airport procedures.
