I am grateful that Alex accepted my trip just an hour before pickup because the original driver who had contacted me the night before cancelled at the last minute. Alex had been our driver on the arrival journey, and knowing that I was traveling alone with two small children, he came to pick us up.

The driver was fantastic

Mustapha, the driver, arrived before the scheduled time to wait for us. He told us he could wait if we had anything left to do, but we were already ready with our bags and he helped us with them. We left on time, and he was very attentive to us during the journey. We appreciate his kindness and the way he treated my wife and me. Thank you from Carolina and Juan Carlos.

We had a flight delay and then another delay waiting for a suitcase. The driver was notified of both, but he still charged us £7 for the extra waiting time. I informed him about the flight delay, so I assumed the pickup time would be rescheduled. The delay for the suitcase was less than half an hour. I have the messages: I texted, "I'm letting you know the flight is delayed," and later, "We're missing a suitcase." He replied, "Ok." The "Ok" was at 18:22 and we came out at 18:34. I can't attach a screenshot, but I can forward it if you provide an address.
