This is the second time we've booked and there has been an incident. This time, the driver wasn't there due to a breakdown he had; we had to wait for another one.

The transfer to the airport was fine, and our driver was very proper and friendly. We would give him personally five stars, but I can't rate the transfer as 'excellent' for 2 reasons: 1) The driver was not the one assigned; it was someone else with a different vehicle. Nobody notified us, and nobody confirmed the new license plate; we had to take his word for it. 2) We arrived at the airport on time, but the route the driver chose was not the best, as we lost about 20 minutes on congested streets. Luckily, we had requested the service with enough margin for potential unforeseen issues.

Regarding the route, we have reviewed the journey and, while we understand your perception, the time difference compared to your inbound transfer was only 3 minutes, a very small margin considering London is one of the most congested cities in the world. In any case, we are glad you arrived at the airport on time and we appreciate that you recommend us despite everything.
