The driver arrived 10 minutes late and when we got in the car it was dirty. There was vomit on the floor and empty bottles in the doors. He had not noticed and we told him and he cleaned the car. I think it is very important to check that the car is clean without trash and to clean and disinfect it before picking up the next customers.

Needed two vehicles due to the size of our party. Both were early and very professional. Mustapha was excellent and made the trip very pleasant and memorable for my family. I booked them for my return trip right after they dropped us off. Will be using again.

When we arrived the driver wasn't there yet and we had to wait about 10 minutes. We were hot in the car because the driver didn't turn on the air conditioning.

Thank you very much for your comment. According to our records your flight landed at 08:35 and the driver picked you up at 09:06 in the morning. This is exactly 30 minutes after landing. Regarding the air conditioning the driver assures us that he had it on even though it was 9 in the morning and it was not hot. He also said he never received any complaint or specific request from you so your comment is very surprising to us. In any case we appreciate you letting us know so we can investigate what happened and prevent this from happening again.
