I was actually a little bit disappointed. Our trip into the city for the first leg when we arrived was excellent. Our trip back out of the airport, not so great. I provided very clear directions that we were going to the hotel at Terminal 2 Heathrow, and confirmed this with the driver when he messaged me two days prior. Halfway out to the airport, the driver seemed very confused that we were going to a hotel and not to Terminal 2. I had to put the directions in his phone.
As well, we had to stop for fuel on the way out, which was annoying as it was late at night and only a 1-hour drive - the car should have been fueled up before we were picked up.
