We arrived in London and after waiting over 45 minutes we decided to call the emergency number because our driver told us he had forgotten and would take another 40 minutes to arrive. We called the emergency team and they handled it very well. And the transfer to the hotel went very smoothly

The driver texted me to confirm his arrival both the day before and the morning of pickup. He arrived before the scheduled time and was very professional. This effective communication took all of the stress out of the transfer process. The vehicle was clean and nice. Highly recommend!

The driver was perfect but the information provided by anglotransfers is quite confusing. In the morning the day before I received an email saying I already had an assigned driver and that was not true. At the end of the day the driver contacted me but it was not the same contact from the link you sent me.

I used the service before and it was great. On this occasion not so much. No information provided on what the vehicles would be and both drivers arrived late. On 10 minutes and the other 25 minutes late. I was not provided driver contact information and had to use emergency contact to get anything. Would not use again

While we sent the original information the day before, an unexpected accident on the route forced us to dispatch alternative vehicles that where in the area to ensure a timely pickup. We do agree that we should have proactively updated you with the new contact information instead of waiting for you to call our emergency line. We are very sorry for the frustration this caused, but we are glad we could still get you to your destination safely and on time.
