The driver smelled awful. He kept complaining throughout the journey that he had a big car, but with our luggage, we should have booked a larger one. However, everything fit perfectly in the trunk, and during the trip from Heathrow to London, the driver didn’t say anything about it. This man kept repeating it constantly and even dared to ask us for cash, which we didn’t give him. I think he is a scammer.

The driver notified us in advance that he would be 10 minutes late due to traffic, but he did everything possible to ensure we arrived on time at the airport by taking shortcuts to avoid the traffic jams.

The driver assigned to us was driving a bit fast, seemed to be in a hurry, and was making sharp turns and sudden stops throughout almost the entire trip.

Completely disappointed, they changed the vehicle several times, and eventually sent a small subcontracted car twice (Uber). We had to carry the luggage on our laps, with all the risks that involves. Subcontracting seems to be a common practice, it happened in two other transfers as well. They charged £40 more compared to Uber. A full scam. Thanks to the driver who solved the problem and took us to the airport.
