I have already filed a complaint, the pickup was not at the agreed location, and 15 pounds were charged when the delay was not my fault; it took me 45 minutes to leave after my plane landed. The driver didn’t speak Spanish, which wasn’t a problem for me, but others might feel misled. What was unpleasant is that from the beginning, she asked for a tip, despite arriving late and picking us up at a different location. She asked for it several times, not recommended.

Everything was great. The driver was waiting at the hotel door at the agreed time. Recommended. We were four people, two adults and two children, and the price was almost the same as the train tickets for all four of us.

A DISASTER. We informed them that our flight would be delayed by 20 minutes. Once in London, we were told that our driver would be late, but that he would be there by the time we picked up our luggage. He took more than 1 hour! When the driver finally arrived, I recognized him by the profile picture he had sent me on WhatsApp. However, it turned out he wasn’t there to pick us up, but another customer, and he had to take them to a different hotel. He tried to contact his office to resolve the issue, but by then it was already 2:00 AM, and no one was answering the phone. In the end, he took us, but we had to provide him with all the hotel details because he had no idea. Therefore, if your website says that we are the ones who are delayed, and after 30 minutes, we are charged an "extra," I imagine the company will do the same and reimburse me part of what I paid for the transfer. I expect a response.

I rate it well because the driver arrived 10 minutes late from the agreed time. The app states that if the customer is delayed, they charge £10 for 15 minutes of delay.

Excellent punctual service

In our case, it would have been fantastic if the driver had carried a vomit bag. My daughter got nauseous, and because there was nothing to vomit into, she ended up completely covered in her own vomit. On top of that, the driver told us that we would receive the bill for cleaning the vehicle. That was very insensitive of him. Everything else was fine, even with the flight delay, we had no problem receiving the service. The car was clean, and the driver was polite except for the incident with the vomit.
