Very pleasant experience.

Our driver, Florin, met us promptly at the appointment time. He was very professional and friendly. The vehicle was clean in good repair. Our entire transfer, for 5 passengers, from London to Dover, went smoothly and was much less stressful than lugging our heavy luggage on the train. We would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect from the beginning to end. Starting with the sign with my name on, it was big with large letters and easy to see as we came through the doorway. The vehicle was very nice. The driver was friendly and courteous.

Unfortunately our experience was a bad one. I booked and paid for a van knowing we had to transport 4 people all with large and small suitcases and an SUV turned up 20 minutes late. The driver was apologetic and had been wrongly allocated to us. After 2 phone calls a van arrived an hour after our original booked time and we were on our way. Thankfully I booked an earlier time to ensure we had a buffer period so we didn’t miss our cruise departure!

Great service. WhatsApp contact the day before and upon arrival. Driver was polite and arrived 15 mins early and waited until I was ready. Service right to terminal door. Clean and new vehicle . Definitely would use again. Easy and stress free.

100% recommended. Munazir spoke perfect Spanish, was kind and very attentive. We were able to chat with him throughout the journey, he gave us some tips and answered a few questions. Our flight was delayed, but once we arrived at the airport and got in touch with him, the pickup was quick.
