The driver was nice, but your business is being on time. Your website says, “on time every time.” This was not our case. The driver was 30 minutes late. When I asked for a refund 2hours before his late pick up, so I can get an uber, which was 100 Euros cheaper, and was on time the response was, ”well, we are only going to be 30 minutes late”. Not the response I was looking for. Only 30 minutes late for a place that is “on time every time”.

The driver arrived about 40 minutes late and didn’t speak a single word.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service. However, we would like to clarify that the driver was not late. Your flight arrived earlier than scheduled. In these situations, since drivers often have previous services, it is not always possible for them to arrive earlier than planned. Your flight was expected to land at 14:55, and the driver met you 34 minutes after that time, which is within our normal waiting period.
