Highly recommended. We had a bit of trouble finding him when we came out, but after that, we traveled very comfortably. He was very friendly, chatted with us, gave us some tips about London, and when we arrived at our destination, he helped us with our suitcases.

The driver drove very aggressively, and he also didn't accompany us to the departure terminal; he left us in the parking lot.

Regarding not accompanying you to the departure terminal, this is a service we do not offer. For airport drop-offs, passengers are left in the designated drop-off zones at the terminal entrances.

The service was not what we had booked. He didn't come to pick us up at the airport terminal.

We are sorry that your experience at Luton was not as expected, but as is very clearly warned during the booking process, the restrictions at this airport prevent a meet-and-greet with a sign inside the terminal, requiring the meeting to take place at the official taxi rank located 350 meters from the terminal in parking lot 2.
We are so transparent about this that we even explicitly advise on our website not to make the booking if walking to this point will be an inconvenience, which is why your review seems a bit unfair to us.
In any case, we are glad that your return transfer to Gatwick did meet all your expectations, even if you didn't leave us a review about it.
