FAILURE #1 — FRAUDULENT "NO SHOW" CHARGE
My original flight changed due to a travel emergency. I contacted the assigned driver (Kandeepan) over 3.5 hours before pickup, explained the situation, and asked if I needed to contact the company. He said no — he would call back within the hour to confirm new plans. He never called back. Instead, he marked me as a no-show and I was charged in full. I have WhatsApp records proving I notified the driver well in advance and that he acknowledged it. When I disputed this, their dispatcher told me to contact "Anglotransfers" — which is the same company. They stonewalled completely.

FAILURE #2 — DRIVER 40 MINUTES LATE, NO NAME TAG, REFUSED TO ENTER TERMINAL
For the rebooked pickup (9:05pm arrival, driver due by 9:35pm per their own policy), the driver did not show until approximately 10:15pm — 40 minutes late. I called multiple times. No answer. When the driver finally arrived, he did not come inside the terminal with a name tag as any professional transfer service does. Instead, he parked outside and expected me to walk a quarter mile through Luton Airport with luggage and three young children to find him.

When I raised the delays via WhatsApp, their dispatcher told me to "take a deep breath" and accused me of being rude — then threatened to cancel my booking (at full charge, of course). At 10pm, 25 minutes after their own stated pickup time had passed, they sent a photo claiming the driver was "at the pickup point" — the point I had been standing at for 40 minutes.

I have complete WhatsApp documentation of every exchange. Two failures, zero accountability, zero refund, zero apology. This company charges premium prices and delivers neither the punctuality nor the professionalism that justifies them.

The transport was fine. The driver was very attentive and worried about us arriving on time given the traffic jam. I have a small complaint about this. When booking on the website it said the trip would take 1 hour and suggested leaving at least 3 hours before the flight departure. I think you should review these guidelines because the trip to Heathrow took almost two hours due to traffic and we barely made it.

The driver arrived on time and was very service minded and nice.

Traslado del aeropuerto de Gatwick hasta mi hotel en Londres perfecto. Especial mención al chófer, Marouan, fue puntual y nos llevó perfectamente bien hasta el hotel, además me pude comunicar con él via WhatsApp. Muy buen servicio el de Iberotransfers!!!

Jose Manuel was great, but his car had lost AC the morning of our trip so we had to drive to Winchester and Southampton in extremely hot weather and very heavy traffic with no AC and windows fully open which was very uncomfortable. Not what I paid for or expected. Was unfortunate and not the driver’s fault, but not mine either, so I think some accommodation is appropriate.
