The assigned driver was very kind and diligent. The emergency WhatsApp only partially worked because the updated information I provided on time wasn't passed on to the driver. There was a disconnect. Fortunately, the driver contacted me beforehand and was able to make the necessary adjustments to pick us up with a slight delay.
