Everything was very good!

The driver on the first day spoke very little Spanish. The driver on the last day didn't speak Spanish at all. We booked a service in Spanish on iberotransfer's website and they didn't deliver on what they promised. Regarding punctuality, driver friendliness and the journey itself, everything was perfect.

Everything perfect. He let us know when he was coming to pick us up, was super punctual, and everything was great.

I didn't like it at all. It felt very unsafe.

Absolutely not a good pick up experience. I text the driver to request his car license number and car type subce so many people were waiting for pick ups as well. When we saw the car arriving my family and I waved to the driver and stepped up to the car with our luggage. The driver immediately said "this ride is not for you". Another family had also waved to the driver and he assumed they were his customer. I immediately asked tge driver to confirm who was he scheduled to pick up. He pulled out his phone and said my name at which point the other family walked away. Bottom line, this was very embarrassing experience for us as it took place in front of many people who observed this awkward encounter. Why would the driver automatically state the ride was not
for us without verifying who he was scheduled to pick up? After our drop off the driver went on to apologize for what took place and yes we did tip him however, I would suggest better training for your drivers when picking up at busy locations. I suggest the present a sign with the customers name to avoid any embarrassing confusions.

Meeting the driver was easy and correct, but the car was excessively hot because the air conditioning wasn't strong enough, and you need it for such a long journey.

The punctuality was good, and the service was very pleasant. They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before and on the day of each service. We really liked it and definitely recommend it.
