They were late, and on top of that, they told us to run to the parking lot. They blamed each other.

It is true that the second driver arrived with less time and, to avoid delaying you, asked if you would mind going directly to the parking lot to meet him. As far as we know, the first driver accompanied you there, and you were able to continue the trip to London in the two vehicles you hired as normal. We are sorry if this circumstance caused you any inconvenience.

Transfer from Legoland to London

Honestly, it was not a good return trip. We started to feel like they weren't going to pick us up, it was unpleasant. The driver didn't contact us directly; someone from the company did a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time. They didn't provide us with the real-time location or the vehicle or driver details. They only sent us a photo of a place where we should wait for him, but being Legoland a huge place with a big parking lot and it being our first time visiting, we didn't know where we were supposed to wait. We waited at the same spot where they dropped us off for the return trip, but no one came to pick us up. They asked me for a photo via WhatsApp, I asked for the location and details, but nothing. I took a photo of the place where I was waiting, and they told me to stay there for him to pick me up. We waited for more than half an hour after the agreed time. Everything was managed through WhatsApp conversation. Seeing that they weren't coming to pick us up, I kept insisting that there was no one there to pick us up, and finally, they gave me the vehicle details and told me they couldn't pick us up where we were, and that we should walk a little further down the street to find him. We eventually found the car they indicated, and the driver mistook us for another client. He finally corrected the client issue and found our address. The worst part was that once in the car, on one of London's hottest days at around 30 degrees Celsius, the car had no air conditioning, or it was broken. We understood that because this driver didn't speak any Spanish and wasn't easy to understand. We drove on the highway with the windows open; the heat was unbearable and so was the noise. Unfortunately, I would not repeat this experience, especially due to the uncertainty of whether they would come to pick us up and the delay we suffered. If we had been the ones who were late, they would have charged us a fee or wouldn't have waited for us. I find it to be a great lack of professionalism on the part of the driver and the company. By the way, there was no apology for what happened.

Transfer from London to Legoland

The trip went very well. The driver was very kind and contacted us beforehand with all the details. On the day of the trip, before arriving, he shared his real-time location so we could see where he was. He was on time and treated us in a very kind manner. The car was great—very comfortable, clean, and well air-conditioned. He took us to the closest point to the Legoland entrance and wished us a nice day. The only downside was that he didn't speak Spanish, but he tried to understand us and make himself understood. I would give him a 10.
