The driver understood Spanish, but did not speak it, but it was perfect for my wife because she speaks perfect English and had a very fluent conversation with the driver, who was very nice and polite.

En el viaje de ida tuvimos un retraso de 3:10h con el vuelo . Fuimos informando en todo momento a Iberotransfer como iban los retrasos y horarios. Según la normativa de empresa , con un retraso de más de 3h , se aplica un “ No Show” y pierdes la totalidad del trayecto . Por solo 10min dejaron tirados en el aeropuerto a dos familias con 3 niñas y un bebé de meses . Y tuvimos que llegar a Londres pagando un tren , con la molestia de las maletas y los carritos de los niños Por lo que no recomiendo esta empresa Por esa política de retrasos , si quieres asegurarte que hay alguien esperando a tu llegada

En nuestro caso teníamos reservados dos coches con chofer. El chófer y conductor del Opel (monovolumen) de 7 plazas excelente!! Muy atento, hablaba castellano y el coche estaba limpio y en orden. Introdujo y colocó el equipaje en el vehículo. El segundo vehículo Toyota Prius, el conductor no articuló palabra ( desconocemos si no hablaba castellano), no se bajó del vehículo para meter el equipaje en el maletero y el vehículo estaba excesivamente sucio. Hizo uso del móvil mientras conducía, además de llegar 10 minutos tarde sobre la hora de recogida.
