Excellent and very punctual driver. We did have a little mishap because my son threw up during the trip and the driver got mad. He then apologized and stopped the car for me to clean it. We were charged £30 for soiling.

Los chofers se encargaron de coordinarse entre ellos ya que había mucho tráfico debido a huelga de transportes.

Como sugerencia, estaría bien que todos los choferes que participan en el traslado se comunicaran por whassap para confirmar la recogida, ya que solo lo hacen algunos y el link a whatssap de apps es un rollo mirarla con el teléfono.

Rahid was very nice. He warned us that on the day of our travel a road clousure was expected and offered to pick us up earlier. Thank him we made it on time to the airport.

Full information of the driver Mesut one day before. He even contacted us by WhatsApp to confirm data, perfect. The same day of the transfer I asked him if it was possible the pick us up at 15,30 and he accepted without question. He was very punctual.
