Good coordination of two drivers for a group of 9. One of the drivers was excellent and contacted us well in advance to coordinate the arrival. The other driver provided a good enough service that could be improved.

I don't rate it as excellent because we paid an extra £20 as parking surcharge for the delay due to passport control.
