We had to wait a long time. We landed at 18h, half an hour earlier than expected, but still, until almost an hour and a half later we did not leave the airport. One of the drivers cancelled, and until they sent us an alternative driver we waited a long time. Very badly organized. I can only say good things about the driver Mustafa, as it was not his fault. Disappointed, I will ask for compensation.

Your transfer coincided with a train strike day and one of the drivers got stuck in a traffic jam. This was a big headache for us because we did not have any other emergency driver nearby to provide the service, hence the delay until the second driver arrived.
We are truly sorry to have disappointed you but we did our best to minimize the wait. The fact that your flight landed 30 minutes early didn't help either.
We are sorry and obviously we are going to compensate you, despite the fact that the incident was due to factors external to us.

Excellent skilled driver and comfortable car. He arrived early because he was concerned about traffic on the day of a tube strike, got me to the airport quickly, and we had a nice conversation on the way. I would definitely book again.
