Very good rating. The driver was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We were traveling with small children and we always appreciate kind people with us and our kids. In addition, that day there was a lot of traffic and a transport strike, so it was an excellent option.

Everything was great except for the massive traffic jam that caused us to take more than 2 hours to get to London from Gatwick, but nobody is to blame for that. The driver was very polite.

Everything went very well, although we took over an hour to go through the passport control. We were travelling with children and there was only one person attending hundreds of families. We had to pay a driver a waiting surcharge as this was not his fault, but despite the delay, he was very kind. Without a doubt, we will repeat.
