However, we must clarify a small misunderstanding: on our Spanish website iberotransfers, we state that the majority of our drivers speak Spanish, but we do not indicate that "all" of them do, since due to logistical reasons and during high-demand dates like the December bank holidays, we cannot always guarantee this 100%. We regret that on this occasion it was not possible to assign one to you, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused regarding communication.

Thank you very much for your comment. We are sorry that the journey was delayed due to traffic, but despite our best efforts to always choose the best routes, London is one of the most congested cities in the world and, for now, we do not yet have the power to control the traffic. We are sorry.

In any case, please rest assured that the driver always seeks the fastest route, as our fares are fixed and they gain no benefit from taking longer.

Regarding the train, it is a quick option only if your accommodation is right next to the station. Otherwise, the time and effort involved in hauling luggage during transfers and then getting from Victoria Station to your accommodation means that door-to-door service remains the most comfortable option (and if you are traveling in a group, it is often more economical).

Thank you very much for your comment, but we are surprised to read that we "didn't even deign to reply," when, as you yourself acknowledge and as our records show, we maintained constant communication with you at all times, providing instructions on how to find the driver and finally sending you a detailed email apologizing and explaining what happened.

As we indicated, we had to activate an emergency protocol due to a last-minute incident with the original driver to ensure you were not left without transport. We openly acknowledged that the emergency service did not meet our quality standards (waiting with a sign, language, etc.) and offered our sincere apologies.

Precisely for this reason, and on our own initiative, we proceeded to issue an immediate 20% refund on the actual amount of your booking (€130, not €140). This compensation was not issued "so that you wouldn't file a complaint," but because at anglotransfers, when something doesn't go perfectly, we assume our responsibility and compensate the user without them having to ask for it.

We regret that, despite our honesty, transparency and immediate financial compensation, this is your final perception. What a shame.
