In general, everything went well; there was communication at all times with the anglotransfers staff and punctuality on the driver's part. However, I must highlight a negative point: I had requested a booster seat, since we were traveling with a 4-year-old girl, and the car didn't have one.

However, as stated on our website, although they are not mandatory in the UK, we like to offer them for free as a courtesy, subject to availability. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide one for your return journey. We are sorry. In any case, we appreciate that you recommend our service despite this.

El trato por parte del conductor fue más que correcto.
Estuvimos en contacto por problemas de acceso al hotel por un mercado y nos recogió antes de la hora.
El transporte estaba limpio y era muy cómodo.
Sin duda recomendaremos iberotransfers!

When we arrived at the terminal, the driver wasn't there. We had to wait more than half an hour for him to arrive, and after all that, we had to go find him at the spot where he was arriving.

We regret your dissatisfaction, but we must clarify the situation based on the service report: The driver arrived at the airport before landing and was waiting for you accordingly. He tried to contact you repeatedly, but the phone number provided in the booking was switched off. Since you did not appear, he decided to wait outside the terminal to avoid incurring high parking fees. After nearly 90 minutes of waiting, he finally heard from you from a different number, and he politely explained how to get to his location so as not to delay the pickup any further. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this lack of communication, which was beyond our control.

The gentleman was very kind and he looked after us very well. He helped with the luggage, waited while we picked up keys at one place, and dropped us off 2 minutes away at another because we had children and it was raining. We were delighted with Mr. Mohamed.
