The lady charged us £10. The plane arrived on time, but there was a slight delay before we disembarked. She didn't come inside to pick us up, so we had to go outside and find her ourselves. However, the pick-up from London to Gatwick on July 1st was the opposite, the guy was very good.

The guy who picked us up was super friendly, he arrived early, he let me know, he took our luggage out of the trunk... Very good. I didn't like the pick-up driver as much, but this one was great.

We waited for Rachid for about 40 minutes, and then we had to endure several hours of travel, including exiting the highway to refuel and visiting three gas stations until we found one that was open.
