Our rating is AVERAGE because there is no option for FAIR. Communication is very complicated. There is no customer service on public holidays, even though the service is available on those days. WhatsApp messages are not answered, and only email responses are received after several days. There is no phone support. We received an incorrect invoice, and the correct one has not been received yet. The vehicle and driver were fine. However, we chose Iberotransfer because they offer service in Spanish, but our driver did not speak Spanish. We also asked about this, but there was no response. We will not recommend this company in the future.

We apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with our services. However, we would like to address your comments as follows:
1) Our emergency phone numbers and WhatsApp are available 24/7. It appears there may have been a miscommunication regarding the specific contact channels you used. Please note that our web pre-booking support may not be available outside regular business hours.
2) The payment receipt was sent to you immediately after you made the reservation payment. If you require an invoice, you can download it from the "My Bookings" section on our website.
3) You made the reservation with less than 48 hours' notice, which means we no longer had Spanish-speaking drivers available. The availability of Spanish-speaking drivers is not guaranteed and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we recommend booking at least one week in advance to increase the chances of securing a Spanish-speaking driver.

Highly recommended. Unfortunately the driver didn't speak Spanish as we requested but he communicated with us over WhatsApp in Spanish, presumably using a translator. The fact that they contacted you the day before gives a lot of peace of mind, especially when you have to leave early in the morning. He was very punctual in picking us up at the hotel.
