Our driver was dressed in sweat pants as if watching a soccer match on his couch at home. He was not holding a sign up for our arrival; we had to walk around and find him and our name on his small iPhone screen. He barely spoke to us. Not unfriendly - just not friendly. He then had a hard time finding his van in the parking garage. The van was dirty with things stuffed in all the side door compartments “out of sight” and was decorated with Christmas tinsel all around the inside and stickers on all the windows. A booster seat was taking up one of the window seats unfortunately. He then couldn’t find our hotel, which is a well known hotel right in the heart of the city. It was a terrible experience.
