The car arrived 40 minutes late. We informed the central office about the delay, but they did not provide any assistance. I do not recommend using this service as there are other similar companies that are better and more cost-effective.

The driver encountered an unexpected traffic delay due to a demonstration, and unfortunately, we did not have any emergency vehicles in the area that could have arrived earlier than the assigned driver. We apologize for not being able to provide an alternative solution.

The driver was attentive the whole time since we landed, and the journey to the hotel, although it took a bit longer due to traffic, was very enjoyable as we chatted with Munazir, who by the way spoke perfect Spanish.

One-hour delay and the driver did not speak Spanish after having booked on iberotransfers.
