Driver Marius was very professional and contacted us the night before to confirm the departure time of our flight. Instead of the recommended 3-hour advance, we left with 4 hours to make sure we arrived at Stansted on time. A 10 out of 10 service.

The prior contact via WhatsApp was very good and everything was well explained, but when we arrived at the meeting point, the transfer was not there. I had to call, and in the end, I waited for about 25 minutes. It's not acceptable to be told that they charge if you're more than an hour late and then not be there on time, especially when traveling with two children. I requested a baby seat, but it wasn't available, and there was no space for the stroller, so we had to carry it at the back. The car was poorly soundproofed. However, the driver was friendly and gave us some tips about the city. It's a shame that due to certain issues, it wasn't a good experience, and I won't be using the service again.

We're sorry that you were not satisfied with the services provided.
Starting with the last issue, you booked a standard sedan and only informed us that you were traveling with 2 checked bags + 2 cabin bags. You didn't mention that you also had a baby stroller with you, knowing that it wouldn't fit, and we would have asked you to book a larger vehicle.
In fact, the driver could have refused to provide the service under these conditions.
Regarding the soundproofing of the vehicle, there is little we can do as it would be a matter for the car manufacturer. The assigned vehicle was a 2018 Toyota Prius.
Regarding baby seats, as you were informed on our website, we only provide booster seats and not baby seats.
Finally, regarding the wait time, your flight landed at 10:05 PM, and it is confirmed that you left the airport at 10:50 PM, so the service was provided within the one-hour period specified in the contract, starting from the landing time.
