Nuestro vuelo llevaba retraso, y aún así nos dieron todas las facilidades para recogernos. Incluso cuando llegamos a nuestro destino se pusieron al habla con la dueña del apartamento para indicarnos exactamente el lugar y no nos dejaron solos en ningún momento.

The car arrived 40 minutes late. We informed the central office about the delay, but they did not provide any assistance. I do not recommend using this service as there are other similar companies that are better and more cost-effective.

The driver encountered an unexpected traffic delay due to a demonstration, and unfortunately, we did not have any emergency vehicles in the area that could have arrived earlier than the assigned driver. We apologize for not being able to provide an alternative solution.
