The transfer couldn't be completed due to the flight cancellation, and I haven't been provided with any refund or date change options for the transfer.

We regret the cancellation of your flight. As stated in our terms and conditions, for no-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours notice, we do not offer any refunds. In these cases, you can exercise your rights as an air passenger (EU Regulation 261) and claim all expenses incurred due to the flight cancellation, up to 250€ per passenger. You can download the invoice for the service through "My Bookings" on our website.

We booked Iberotransfers for both the departure and return, and it was the best decision we could have made. The drivers were very pleasant; in this case, it was Jeff who was very punctual and friendly. The cars were very clean, and the journeys were very comfortable.
