Driver was late. He was not there 30 mins after our plane landed as part of the service agreement. We were at arrival hall 45 mins after landing and had to wait 15 mins for him to arrive. He was not apologetic or signal he’s apologetic (he said he’s deaf) and did not seem to care for good service. He didn’t offer to help with the bags at all but not sure if that’s just not common her in the UK. Also, the ride was not as comfortable, as he didn’t have the air conditioning on so it was a little stuffy and warm in the car. His driving was fine at least - seemed to be a safe driver but the service was definitely less to be desired.
Response from anglotransfers:
Driver was not late. Your flight landed 23 minutes before schedule. As indicated in our FAQ and T&Cs if flight lands earlier than expected, we cannot guarantee drivers to arrive earlier than the scheduled landing time as they can have previous services.
AC should have been on the whole trip, but if it wasn't, you could just have ask the driver to turn it on instead of complaining afterwards.
Anyhow, thank you for letting us know about this. We will talk with the driver so something like this never happens again.
