Aunque recomiendo el servicio por la profesionalidad del conductor y el vehículo Premium empleado de muy buenas prestaciones en todos los sentidos, no le doy mejor valoración porque hubo un accidente en la autovía cuando el conductor venía de camino a recogernos y me aviso de que se demoraba 20 minutos cuando finalmente fue de 1 hora y no me aviso mientras que estábamos esperando en la puerta del Hotel, tuve que ser yo quien se pusiera en contacto con el conductor. Este detalle debe de tenerlo en cuenta cuando se encuentre en la misma situación o parecida pues, cuando tienes que recoger a unos pasajeros que van de camino al aeropuerto, puedes encontrarte con el tiempo justo y, una demora tan grande, puede ocasionar la pérdida del vuelo y, consecuentemente, un gasto adicional para obtener nuevos billetes. Si me hubiera avisado, habría cancelado el servicio y contratado un taxi, un cabify, etc...

En este viaje, fue muy puntual y el servicio excelente. El vehículo Premiun. Todo correcto.

He arrived an hour late at the airport, and that, in a Premium service, is not correct. The driver was fine otherwise, and the vehicle was appropriate for the service hired. However, after a long trip and having gotten up early in Spain, having to wait for so long was frustrating.

He charged me £10 in cash when he dropped me off at the apartment.

Good, but they tried to charge me £15 for taking more than an hour from landing... and it wasn't true... First, you have to make sure before requesting payments, thank you.

The outbound transfer was perfect, but on the return trip, the driver took us through a different route without using the highway, and it took us a long time to arrive. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent and on time. They picked us up at the scheduled time, and we arrived phenomenally.

My driver was very professional. He kept me in the loop via WhatsApp periodically. I felt very assured and safe whilst on my flight knowing he’s my driver!

Iberotransfer's service on Sunday, August 27th, 2023, was excellent and the best it happened to me that day. My flight was delayed from 11 am to 4 pm, and I had to contact my driver several times. It provided me with a great deal of reassurance when he told me not to be concerned about the delays. He was a true godsend for me.

Good service. Very clean car. The driver was very polite and quiet unless I asked something. I really appreciate that the drivers don't talk the whole way. The journey took about 50 minutes because there was no traffic.
