The driving style was so abrupt, and the air conditioning was very mild, making all of us feel queasy, especially the kids in the back. We had to stop halfway because my younger son was about to vomit, and we entered a bar where he threw up his last meal. This has never happened to us before. When we entered the city, it was the same situation, so that with only 10 minutes left, my son vomited water, which was all that was left in his stomach. I cleaned it up with wipes, but he seemed upset. I asked how we could resolve the situation, and he requested 20 pounds to clean it and remove the odor since there was no solid residue. It was a 2-hour and 15-minute journey that felt very long to all of us.

The experience with the transfer service was terrible. We arrived, according to the driver, a few minutes past the grace period due to passport issues, and we were penalized with £15, which we didn't find unreasonable as it was in the terms and conditions. The problem arose when the driver insisted that we pay him more money because he claimed the parking had cost him much more. We explained that we would pay the £15 without any problem, but it would always be to the company we had booked with, not directly to him. The company called us, and I reiterated that they should charge us the pounds. According to him, the issue was that our transfer was not profitable for him, something he shouldn't have discussed with us since we had contracted with a company, not with him. He threatened to drop us off at the first place he found (it was nighttime and we had young children). He also used his mobile phone several times without using a hands-free device and drove at an inappropriate speed. What more can I say, it was an absolute disaster that made our first day of vacation very unpleasant. I must say that the company assured me they wouldn't charge us the pounds, and they didn't. But I repeat, the £15 were never the issue.

Our flight arrived 40 minutes late, and the driver was not there, as the purchase conditions specify, waiting for us at the exit. After 40 minutes of trying to contact the driver and emergency contacts with no response, we managed to speak with the driver. He informed us that he had left the airport because he couldn't stay for more than 30 minutes and then had to wait for another 30 minutes to re-enter. If he did it earlier, I believe they would have charged him £15. I don't understand, nor is it my problem that he has to wait, he knew the purchase conditions, which stated that in case of a delay, we would incur an extra charge, which I completely understand. What I don't understand is that we were left without information for more than 40 minutes at the airport with zero assistance, neither through emergency WhatsApp, nor contact email, nor the driver himself.
