We usually haven't had problems with anglotransfers but this time the service was poor. Firstly, the driver arrived 15 minutes late, and this, combined with the fact that, according to her, the highway was closed due to an accident, made her take secondary roads and sometimes very narrow ones, with frequent stops because the cars couldn't pass when they met on the road. In summary, our flight was scheduled for 15:25, and we requested the car at 12:00. However, we arrived at 14:30, and when we got to the check-in counter, the flight was already closed. Consequently, we had to buy tickets for the next flight, causing both time and money inconvenience.

Jose was an excellent driver. He kept us entertained throughout the entire 2-hour journey, explaining everything about the city. If it hadn't been for him, the trip would have been very boring. Thank you very much.

Marius was very friendly both during our transfer from Gatwick, where he had to wait for a while due to a slight delay in the flight and passport control, and during our transfer to Stansted, where he even arrived ahead of time and took us there very well.

We booked two vehicles as we were a large group, and both communication and punctuality with both were appropriate. I have booked with this company several times before and have always been satisfied.

Punctual. Excellent communication with them. We traveled with 3 young children and had no problems. I would definitely book with them again.

The driver, Marius I believe, was terrible; he ruined our morning with continuous calls saying that there wasn't enough time (4 hours before departure) to catch the flight, and that we were going to miss it, trying to advance our pickup time. In the end, we had over an hour to spare.
