We usually haven't had problems with anglotransfers but this time the service was poor. Firstly, the driver arrived 15 minutes late, and this, combined with the fact that, according to her, the highway was closed due to an accident, made her take secondary roads and sometimes very narrow ones, with frequent stops because the cars couldn't pass when they met on the road. In summary, our flight was scheduled for 15:25, and we requested the car at 12:00. However, we arrived at 14:30, and when we got to the check-in counter, the flight was already closed. Consequently, we had to buy tickets for the next flight, causing both time and money inconvenience.

We're sorry you weren't happy with our service this time. The driver was a bit late due to traffic but still within the stipulated time frame. Regarding the route, the driver chose an alternative one to avoid further delays to the airport. London is one of the most congested cities in the world, and sometimes these situations occur. This is why we recommend booking pickup for Gatwick at least 3h30min before the flight's departure time at a minimum. However, we find it weird you missed the flight because Vueling's check-in counters close 40 minutes before the flight departure time. You arrived at the airport an hour before departure, which should have been enough time.
