I booked with Iberotransfers, and the driver doesn't speak Spanish, which is the language I had chosen this service for.

On the website, in the terms and conditions, and during the booking process, we notify that we cannot guarantee a Spanish-speaking driver when the reservation is made with less than a week's notice, as was your case. We apologize for any inconvenience. For the return, we did assign a Spanish-speaking driver, but it seems you forgot to share your feedback on that. Thank you nonetheless for choosing Iberotransfers and trusting our services.

Honestly, we are delighted. We had a delay in our flight, traveled at night, and with a child, and the driver Rachid was very kind to wait for us without canceling the service. The car was clean, and he was very pleasant. I highly recommend this website for transfers.
