We had to walk for 10 minutes to the location where the car was parked; this issue was not his fault. Later, we found out that something had happened that prevented access to the airport, but he didn't inform us about the free bus that takes you from the airport to the parking area. We would have saved the walk while pulling our suitcases. Fortunately, the transfer from the hotel to the airport was with another driver who spoke Spanish. He explained what was happening at the airport parking and told us about the free bus transfer. I recommend this service based on the second experience, but if both journeys had been like the first, I wouldn't hire it again.
