Once again, we have been offered an unbeatable service. This time we traveled with Redouan, who was waiting for us in the arrivals hall and escorted us to his vehicle, which was very clean and comfortable. He brought us the booster seat we had requested and had a very pleasant conversation with us as he speaks Spanish perfectly. The journey felt short. Thank you very much!

Transfer from Heathrow to London
My driver got caught behind an accident and had trouble parking. That happens. But he did not communicate with me about the situation so I was left not knowing where he was or if he was on his way, even after my attempts to contact him on WhatsApp.

Your review is not totally accurate. A van got stuck in the car park due to its height and blocked the access. Our driver was just behind. He spoke with you TWICE on the phone and even sent you a video via WhatsApp to let you know about the situation. Your flight landed at 09:40h and driver picked you up at 10:11h, just as expected. You just disembarked and went through customs in way less time than usual, which gave you the feeling that driver was late.
